If your taste buds are tired of the same old drive-thru burgers, it’s time you met Burger Snobs, Hutto’s boldest burger experience. This local food truck favorite has taken the smash burger game to new, unapologetically delicious heights. With a menu curated for serious flavor chasers (hello, Big Luther Donut Burger 👀 and Smoked Brisket Smash Burger), Burger Snobs is on a mission to cure burger boredom, one bite at a time.
Owner and local entrepreneur, Ramont, isn't new to business. With nearly two decades of experience across multiple ventures, he launched Burger Snobs to bring big flavor to his hometown. From hair studios to handheld masterpieces, his passion for building visionary brands is rooted in deep community ties and a drive to create something unforgettable.
With plans to go from food truck to full-fledged brick-and-mortar, this is one Hutto original you’ll want to keep your eye (and appetite) on.

Tell us a little about your business. What do you offer, and what makes it unique?
Burger Snobs features chef inspired, gourmet style smash burgers with unapologetic boldness. From our famous Big Luther Donut Burger to our Smoked Brisket Smash Burger, our unique curated menu is the cure to burger boredom.
How did your journey as a business owner begin? What inspired you to get started?
My journey as a business owner began in 2006 when I opened my first endeavor, Supreme Clientele Hair Studio in North Austin. The satisfaction of creating for myself was so intense, that in 2010 I left my corporate position as a Program Manager at Dell and decided to embark upon the journey as an entrepreneur. Since 2010, I've started 4 business, three of which I currently own. I love the challenge of going from vision to venture and bringing innovation to the market in new industries. Burger Snobs, a Hutto original is my latest business birth and I am looking forward to the journey of going from food truck to brick and mortar.
How long have you been in business, and why did you choose Hutto as your home base?
I've been in business for 19 years, with Burger Snobs for the last three years. I live in Hutto, my kids attend Hutto schools and we play baseball in Hutto. I've grown a great connection to the community so it was a no brainer to establish the first Burger Snobs at home.
What’s been one of your most memorable moments as a business owner?
My most memorable moment as a business owner was in 2012 when my first business shut down after the recession. That was the moment that I identified solely as a creator. It was the lowest point of my young business journey. I made the decision to endure the struggle and persevere through it, instead of seeking comfort in going back to a corporate position. That experience shaped the business man that I've become today.
What do you think makes the Hutto community special?
If you recall the TV show "cheers", the song goes, " sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name. And they're always glad you came." That's Hutto!
What advice would you give to someone just starting a business here?
Entrench yourself into the community. Hutto is a very supportive community. Don't just be product driven. Be people driven.
When you're not working, where can we find you around town? (Favorite coffee, food, or hangout spots?)
When I'm not working, I'm studying and writing. I'm one semester shy of my Ph.D. When I'm not doing that, I'm usually at some park with my boys or working out. I'm a gym rat, so my leisure time is in the gym.
Anything exciting coming up you'd like the community to know about?
Burger Snobs has just opened in Hutto, Texas!
