Community Spotlight: Redeemer Church – A Mobile Church on a Mission in Hutto

At Redeemer Church in Hutto, Sunday mornings look a little different, in the best way possible. As a mobile church, Redeemer sets up each week inside the Hutto YMCA, transforming the space into a welcoming environment where people from all walks of life can gather, worship, and grow together.

Tell us a little about your business. What do you offer, and what makes it unique?

We are Redeemer Church in Hutto….  a “mobile church” that sets up each week at the local Hutto YMCA. Our church gatherings are EVERY Sunday 10a at the Hutto YMCA.

How did your journey begin? What inspired you to get started?

We moved to Hutto to plant multiple churches in East Wilco in order to share the gospel with the people in the Hutto community. 

How long have you been in business, and why did you choose Hutto as your home base?

We just turned 3 yrs old in March 2025. We chose Hutto because of the rapid growth and opportunity to grow with our community! 

What’s been one of your most memorable moments as a business owner?

Our partnership with the YMCA is amazing. They too are an awesome non-profit seeking to serve the community! 

What do you think makes the Hutto community special?

The diversity that is represented here is incredibly unique!

What advice would you give to someone just starting a business here?

Do it! Tons of opportunity here with a growing community and the people who lead our city are amazing to work with. 

When you're not working, where can we find you around town? (Favorite coffee, food, or hangout spots?)

Lamppost coffee, Chick-fil-A or the YMCA! 

Anything exciting coming up you'd like the community to know about?

We are planning a community event for Christmas that will have Coffee, Hot Cocoa and Christmas Carols! Everyone is invited!
