📄 Sponsorship Terms for Successful Adulting Initiative

 

1. Purpose

 

The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions of the sponsorship of the Successful Adulting initiative, an educational resource designed to support high school graduates and young adults by providing critical life skills. As part of this initiative, [Sponsor Name] will provide financial or in-kind support to further the mission of iHutto and the Successful Adulting program.

2. Sponsorship Levels

 

• Painite Sponsor – $12,000

  • A Full-Page Premium Advertisement in Successful Adulting for your ISD for THE LIFE OF THE PROGRAM

• Diamond Sponsor – $1199

  • A Full-Page Premium Advertisement in Successful Adulting for your ISD for THREE consecutive years.

• Platinum Sponsor – $499

  • A Half-Page Advertisement in Successful Adulting for your ISD for TWO years, keeping your business visible to multiple graduating classes.

• Gold Sponsor – $299

  • Your logo included in Successful Adulting for your ISD for ONE years, ensuring your business is seen by multiple graduating classes.

• Silver Sponsor – $199

  • Your business name included in Successful Adulting, text list only, for your ISD for ONE years, ensuring your business is seen by multiple graduating classes.

• Bronze Sponsor – $99

  • Company Name Placement on the iHutto.com Sponsor Page, renewed annually.

• Care Sponsor – $10

  • Name Placement on the iHutto.com Sponsor Page, renewed annually.

 

3. Sponsorship Payment

 

In exchange for the sponsorship benefits outlined in Section 2, the Sponsor agrees to provide financial support of [Insert Amount] or agreed-upon in-kind services or goods, as detailed in the Sponsor’s commitment. Payment is due [Insert Payment Terms, e.g., upon signing the Agreement or within 30 days].

 

4. Sponsor Responsibilities

 

The Sponsor agrees to provide the following:

• High-resolution logos and branding materials for use in promotional efforts.

• Any additional content (e.g., promotional messages, branded inserts) as agreed upon within the sponsorship level selected.

• Timely feedback and approval of marketing materials, if applicable.

• Adherence to deadlines set by iHutto/Successful Adulting for all deliverables.

 

5. iHutto/Successful Adulting Responsibilities

 

iHutto/Successful Adulting agrees to:

• Display the Sponsor's logo and branding as outlined in the sponsorship level.

• Provide all agreed-upon promotional recognition, including social media shoutouts, email mentions, and inclusion in promotional materials.

• Ensure timely execution of all promotional activities and communications regarding the Sponsor.

• Provide regular updates on the status of the initiative and any relevant metrics, via a monthly newsletter.

 

6. Termination

 

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party at least 30 days before the desired termination date. If the Sponsor terminates the Agreement before the agreed-upon term, the Sponsor agrees that no refunds will be issued, and all outstanding payments due will be honored.

 

7. Indemnification

 

The Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless iHutto/Successful Adulting from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of any breach of this Agreement by the Sponsor.

 

8. Confidentiality

 

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information shared during the course of this Agreement. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, financial information, business plans, and proprietary content.

 

9. Governing Law

 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

 

10. Entire Agreement

 

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between iHutto/Successful Adulting and the Sponsor, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.
